Crab Meat stuffed Eggrolls
Combine your love of crab along with your love for eggrolls with this great recipe. Here is a quick and easy recipe for crab meat stuffed eggrolls. What a great way to shake up the way you cook your crab and add some variety to your list of crab recipes. This recipe is sure to be a hit with all the crab lovers at your next gathering. Be sure to give it a try and you wont be disappointed.
1 lb Crab Meat
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Cabbage Head (shredded)
3 Onions (diced small)
1/4 cup Carrots (shredded)
2 tbl-spoons Margarine
1 pck Eggroll Wrappers
1 tbl-spoon Soy Sauce
1 tea-spoon Sesame Seeds (toasted)
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
3 tbl-spoons Seafood Seasoning (divided into 3)
Salt + Pepper
In a pan on medium heat add your margarine and then your garlic and allow garlic to cook down then add in your carrots and cook another 1-2 minutes then add in your onions and cook 1-2 more minutes. Now add in your cabbage and while cooking add in your soy sauce , sesame seeds, and 1 tablespoon of seafood seasoning and cook until cabbage becomes soft.
In a different pan add two of your eggs and scramble them adding in 1 tablespoon of your seafood seasoning. Now combine your scrambled eggs to your cabbage mixture and mix well. Now add in your crab meat and lightly blend it all together well.
Take a baking pan and line it with waxed paper.
Now lay an egg roll wrapper down with a point facing you and add 1-2 tablespoons of your crab mixture right into the center of your wrapper and then fold in the sides and roll it up. Continue forming the eggrolls until u use all of your crab mixture.
Now in a deep fryer or deep pan heat some oil to 350 degrees.
Take your remaining eggs and beat them in a bowl using it to brush your egg rolls before you fry them. Fry in heated oil for 4-5 minutes or until the egg rolls are a nice golden brown. Remove and drain on a towel.
