Crab Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
Looking to add some spice the next time crab is on your menu. Then be sure to try this great recipe for Crab Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers they are extremely easy to prepare. These peppers aren’t super hot but they do pack a little punch are added with the great flavor of crab are simply spectacular. The crab lovers are sure to love this recipe so be sure to add it to your list of crab recipes.
20 Jalapeno Peppers
1/2 lb Crab Meat
3 oz Cream Cheese
3 oz Cheddar Cheese (sharp , graded)
1/2 tea-spoon Seafood Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
To prepare your peppers cut in half length wise and then remove the seeds. Now place peppers in boiling water and blanch then for 2 minutes and remove to let cool. In a bowl combine your cream cheese and cheddar cheese then gently fold in your crab meat. Now take your cooled peppers and fill them each with your crab mixture and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake them at 350 for 20-25 minutes and if you would like to have them browned slightly you can place them under broiler for final couple minutes.
