Add a taste of Louisiana to your next King Crab meal. This is a spectacular recipe for King Crab Louisiana Style. This recipe adds the spice of Louisiana to the great flavor of King Crab. This will with out a doubt be a hit with all of your King Crab loving family and friends.
2 lbs King Crab Legs
1/2 Cup Butter
2 tea-spoons Cajun Seasoning
4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1.5 tea-spoon Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Beer (your fav)
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
4 cups Cooked Rice
Green Onions (chopped-enough to garnish)
Take meat from King Crab legs and cut it into 2 inch long pieces. Now in a large skillet over medium heat add your butter. Once melted add in your garlic and a little Cajun seasoning and saute for 1-2 minutes. Now add in your King Crab meat , chicken broth , beer , and lemon juice then increase heat to medium-high and stir lightly bringing it to a boil. Allow to cook for 4-5 minutes or until all your King Crab is heather and cooked through. Now serve your King Crab and sauce over cooked rice garnishing with green onions. Makes 4 Servings.
